Is there a plugin to show content in post only when mobile?

[rejoin14]

Hello,

I bought a few days ago Genesis framework + theme and I would like to something like this:

I have some visitors that use their desktop computers and they get the sidebar on the right side and in my sidebar is my navigation (table of content). It's easy for them to jump to the bottom or middle of my post (I usually use 5k+ words).

But my mobile visitors can't see the sidebar until they are at the bottom of my page. So is there a plugin that could do something like this:

If my visitor don't see a sidebar on the right side (because he use mobile) than show my table of content in my post.

Example (Desktop):

Hello my name is rejoin.
This is a pretty long text.
Thank you for reading.

Example (mobile):

Hello my name is rejoin.
THIS SEE ONLY MOBILE USERS LIKE YOU.
This is a pretty long text.
Thank you for reading.

Is something possible with a plugin?
