Interior Pro Theme Menu Question

I've tried to figure out where the colors are for the menu items that are inside the brown banner on my site, if you point to the menu items they turn black, found that color which is why it's black... so at least now when you point at the menu items they turn back, or if you're on that page that one is black, but the weird color showing as default I can't find anywhere to change, it doesn't show up so it's hard to view this menu at all that I can find at least.. obviously it's there. lol

I'd be happy if it was either black or white, but can't find it. Don't see that color being chosen at all, don't even know what color it is maybe some kind of ice blue.

The menu items are Affiliates, Contact Us, and Health Related PLR

I need to change that default color, but that color is NOT used in the color tab for change appearance on the site editor under customization, colors. So that has to be someplace else, but I don't have a clue where.

I have used inspect element.. and still can't find that color which looks like maybe some form of ice blue? Anyway, if someone would be so kind as to tell me where that color is coming form so I can change it I'd be very grateful. Please forgive my ignorance. Thank you.
