Infinity Pro- Welcome section with Image at left and a Text widget on right

Hi everyone,

In the infinity pro theme, how can I set-up a welcome/hero section which can be set to appear below the header similar to the one at http://www.melyssagriffin.com/
Can it also be made so it does appear on other pages e.g. contact page etc.

Hi Brad,

Thank you! It didn't work for me unfortunately.
However, I did find another solution though where I had to register a welcome widget.

I am having trouble getting the image to align to the left as well as to a full background on a small screen. Example mock-up (http://www.melyssagriffin.com/)
Any suggestions to get that to show properly please?

Works, just needs some modifying for use in Infinity Pro as it was coded for Enterprise Pro but it uses the correct method.

The problem i see with your solution is that you have layered your image over a background image and as you see in the site you linked to, its not responsive.

What you need to do is remove the background from the image.

You have broken HTML in your widget. Your "Click to sign up" text does not have a closing a tag.
