How do I create the Blog Menu Posts in Side bar the way the demo is showing that linked to a whole new page with the Side refreshing? It acts like a frame and I like that. It does not just change the primary side bar.
How do I duplicate that?

The demo is using the Genesis Featured Post widget in the sidebar. Setting this up is in the theme's instructions.
