MemberGreetings, all.
In the Front Page 3 section of our new website, we are using a text widget to write a white title and white text in front of a photo background (same image as the demo for now). If one scrolls from the top to the bottom of the home page, the FP3 title and text is white as it should be. However, when clicking a button in Front Page 2 that takes the viewer to FP3 (just like in the demo), the underlying text initially shows up as black. The title is still white as it should be.
A click on the URL bar while the text is black. . .and the text turns white!
Weird.
Any thoughts on this?

MemberAnybody else? I'm seeing it on desktop and mobile devices.
{HOMEPAGE}
click "Who We Are" - GOOD (Front Page 2)
click "The Need is Now" - BAD (Front page 3)...quoted text is black, should be white. If I click anywhere on the menu bar of the website...text instantly turns white.
AND
If i load home page and SCROLL to FRONT PAGE 3, all is white text and correct.
Seems to be related to the action magically taken to get the viewer to FRONT PAGE 3 via the #front-page-3 link.

MemberI see what you mean.
Something's not quite right on your home page. You may have somehow interfered with the "skip link" functionality.
For now, try disabling :focus in style.css (or the Chrome Inspector):
:focus { color: #000; outline: #ccc solid 1px; }Also, there's nothing magic about clicking the menu bar or browser address bar -- You're simply removing focus from the affected element. Click anywhere outside of front-page-3, it loses focus, and the text returns to white.

MemberYou appear to be using version 1.1.0 of Infinity Pro. Is that correct?

MemberI recently updated to Infinity Pro v1.1.0 from v1.0.0. The new version created some odd front page behavior so I submitted a ticket to StudioPress support on Jan 28.
Infinity Pro has just been updated (as were a dozen other themes) to v1.1.1.
The latest version (1.1.1) seems to have fixed my issues. It may (or may not) solve the problems you are having.

MemberThanks. Detroit's suggestion fixed my problem. Given I've edited the existing child theme, I'm in no rush to make a change!!
