    Hi, Is it possible to increase the Metro max width from 1080px to an 1140px layout?

    Yes, just look in the Style.css sheet for all of the elements sized 1080 and change them to 1140.

    Well that's easy! Thanks Anita.
    Do you see any downside to going extra wide?
    I'm researching the benefits of 1080 layouts vs. 1140 and it seems
    1140 is acceptable for today's browsers, especially when responsive.
