When I increase the header size in Author Pro it creates an overlap on the breadcrumbs and sidebar of pages in the theme. The top title of the top widget and most of the breadcrumb element are overlapped by the increased header.

Can anybody help me figure out what I need to do in order to remove the overlap?

Author Pro has a fixed position header. A fixed position header floats above the other elements on the page so that they will scroll beneath it as you view the lower content. Since it floats above everything else, when you change the height of the header, you have move the underlying content down. If you add 50px to the height of the header, you have to move the content down by 50px.

On the front page, you have to increase the margin-top for .featured-widget-area at line 1430 in style.css. For inner page content, you have to increase margin-top for .site-inner at line 641 in style.css.
