    Hello, I have News Pro & Design Palette installed.

    I have altered the following:

    /* Logo, hide text */

    .header-image .site-title a {
    background-position: top !important;
    float: left;
    min-height: 90px;
    width: 170%;

    This provided the larger area for my upload logo image. It didn't change how big my image could be. parameters are still 260 X 90. I need it to be wider so I can add a wider image.

    I also changed .title-area to width: 440px, but it didn't solve the problem.

    .title-area {
    float: left;
    padding-left: 40px;
    width: 440px;
    }

    To stop to over lap of the top right widget I reduce it's width as:

    .site-header .widget-area {
    float: right;
    padding-right: 40px;
    text-align: right;
    width: 600px;
    }

    That fixed the over lap problem easily.

    Could you advise where I make the change to allow for a wider image upload into the header title area?

    Thanks

    That's in your functions.php file. Look there and you'll find it easily. 🙂

    PERFECT! Thanks. I lowered my .header-image .site-title width down to 120% and if fit wonderfully.

    Much appreciated!

    I have a similar issue and am fiddling around with my custom header image of 400 x 78 to no avail. I have a menu in the header right widget as well. Logo and that menu are not aligned, and I've the header image way to far out - too much padding,

    I've been fiddling with the areas you mentioned above but can't seem to get it sorted and aligned. I changed Functions.php to accommodate a header of 400 x 78.

    What css do I need to edit to get this sorted?
    Tnx.
