    Hi,

    I was wondering if its possible to implement this type of image slider (see link http://shannonplummer.photoshelter.com/#!/index/G0000niHTyy1AMxo) to the minimum pro theme?

    If yes, how can I do this in a simple way?

    Thanks

    Dennis

    Generally, sliders include a short code or function call which enables you to display the slider anywhere in your theme.

    The function call is the best method to hook in the slider.

    After you install the slider plugin and setup your slider images, you would add the sliders function call to a custom function and hook it into the position you want to display it.

    Example:

    add_action('genesis_before_header','hook_slider');
    function hook_slider() {
    your_sliders_function_call();
    }

    You can add the code to your functions file or directly into a front-page.php file.

    If your slider only includes a short code, you can use the short code function or add the short code to a text widget using the same hook, genesis_after_header

    For this, you'll need to create a new widget area.

    Simple as that.

    Now all you need to do is find out which slider they use.
