Hi
I just setup a blog at http://www.pbnsecret.com, However, I can't set the image at home page look like the demo site. The man on the home page demo site has size 315x380. http://hello.personalbranding.thebrandid.com/?color=green

However, when I upload same image to my site it always be resized to 315x250

How to fix this ?

Don't worry, I fixed it
Just browse the code and changed the width and height of image to 315x380 and it worked
