I updated WordPress and Genisis yesterday (1/24) on the site below and now the page tabs are gone. Everything else seems to be fine but I can't figure out why those are gone. The pages still appear in the back office, but all tabs are gone.

Is there a menu set for the Primary or Secondary menu positions?

You create menus in Appearance=>Menus. Set a menu to the primary or secondary position.
