    Hello All,

    I was wondering how to use these two plugins together? I read they are compatible. I've never used a newsletter before. Do I need a Google/Feedburner ID for it to work? Can I get the plugins to work without setting up the Feedburner. I'm not even clear about what it does.

    Anthony,

    Could you explain why you need (want) to use both plugins? What functionality do you want from the Gen extend that you don't have with Mail Poet?

    When I looked at the Newsletter Widget from Genesis it said that it was compatible with mailpoet, which is why I then downloaded mailpoet. I don't know why I should have both I'm just going off of the suggestion of Genesis.

    Currently I like the look of my genesis newsletter on the frontend, but mailpoet has some interesting features on the backend. I don't know if I'm making sense, but ultimately my goal is to sign people up for my newsletter and I don't know how to do that? Do I need a feedburner ID?

    Hi I'd like some help with this as well please. I just downloaded eNews and was about to do download mailpoet like Anthony.
    It would be great if we could get some help to set up our Newsletter functionality for our site.

    Hi,

    I don't remember how I did it exactly, but I think you first create a mailpoet list and then you go to the widget. Check off the mailpoet list you created. That should do the job. Good luck!
