How to use a different background image with Outreach Pro

I'm using the Appearance > Background feature to upload a background image to be used throughout the site, but I'd like a different bg image for the home page.

I've tried this...

.home {
background-image: #fff URL(images/filename.jpg) top center repeat-x;
}

but no luck. Probably something simple I'm not thinking of?

I know you probably don't want to use a plugin Ted, but Justin Tadlock has a plugin that's pretty cool - http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-background-extended/.

I checked you CSS. You did little bit mistake. Your code will be like this

.home {
background-image: URL(images/filename.jpg) top center repeat-x;
}

You can't use any color value for background-image elements. If you use background element then you can use color value. e.g

.home {
background: #fff URL(images/filename.jpg) top center repeat-x;
}
