    Hi all!

Right now, I am setting up a new site using the Divine Theme. I'd like for the homepage to display one full length post followed by post excerpts with pagination. To do this, I used the Genesis Featured Post Widget to display the first full post. I then added code to functions.php to offset the regular loop by one with respect to pagination for the excerpts. It's working beautifully, except the Genesis Featured Post is showing at the top of all subsequent pages (i.e. /page/2 and so on).

How do I hide/remove this from all but the homepage? Or is there a better way to display full & excerpts on the main page with pagination? I've done it before but lost some customizations with an update (rookie mistake). Driving myself crazy trying to figure it out. This is one of the last things on my list to before I can go live with content - please help!

You can use custom code to do that or add a check to your existing code which generates your front page widget.

Okay. Thanks for the example but I have no idea how to modify that for this situation.

I don't think I can access that. I only have the Divine theme.
