Hello and thank you in advance for the help.

I am using Agent press pro.

I want to set up a landing page with a link to the widgeted home page.

I can get it to display my landing page but I then lose my home page.

What is the best way to achieve this goal?

You'll probably need to convert the homepage template into a regular page template so it can be used on a page that isn't set as the homepage. There is a tutorial for that here: http://wpsites.net/web-design/custom-page-template-widgets/
