As the title suggests, I am trying to figure out if there is an easy way to keep the theme's Header Background Image on all post pages. Default setting is for the post's featured image to replace the Header Background Image, which is not what I prefer. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

You can modify the PHP code so the default is displayed rather than the featured image?

Take a look inside the lib > header-functions.php file.
