How to make a new row on a page?

I am trying to setup a page that has alternating text and images and I'd like to know the best way to create a new row so I can very cleanly have a page that has text on the left then a image on the right of that, and then the next row will be image on the left and text on the right.

I have been using the "one-third" class so it will become responsive, but I can't seem to figure out how to create new rows for each section. Are there any guides out there for this?
