    Hi all !

    I'm, try to display footer widgets on my home page using Infinity pro theme.
    After 2 hours i've found in the StudioPress theme setup guides => "These widget areas are available on all pages except the front page." :/

    So what have i to do ? Could you help me ?
    Best regards and thank you 🙂

    Ok, done : you have to comment line53 in front-page.php :

    //remove_theme_support( 'genesis-footer-widgets' );

    And it works

    Hi I am trying to do the same thing - could you explain what you meant by comment the line you specified? Did you mean delete it? Thanks so much for sharing this info.

    Aidia, a comment in PHP code is a line that is not read/executed as part of the program. Its only purpose is to be read by someone who is looking at the code.

    Thank you so much, Victor! This is done by adding the two forward slashes in front of the line - is it correct?

    I commented out line 53 but still don't have functioning front page widget. Do I need additional CSS to activate?
