Hi Everyone,
I just bought Generate Pro and applied it to my site, but I'm having issues. The images aren't showing up the way they display in the generate pro demo theme? In the demo theme they show across the top of the entire post excerpt. Do I need to make sure the images are certain sizes are something or have the settings a certain way?
I followed the instructions in the setup area, but they still don't display across the top. Mine just sit towards the left. I want my images to display across the entire top of the post on the main page like the demo images.
Also, When I click on the post on the main home screen to take me to the full post content it still shows the image that was displayed at the top of the post on the main screen. Is there a way to remove it from the top of the single post?
My site is http://www.whatsonmybrain.com
Thanks

Have you requested your free website audit yet?July 20, 2014 at 8:10 pm #115116exiledone1MemberHow do you regenerate your thumbnails? I've also noticed that even if I delete all the images in my post and the featured image the image still shows on the mainpage? Any idea why?
Also, do you know how to make the image not display on the actually full post content at the top? I just want it to display on the homepage.
Thanks for the help.

July 20, 2014 at 8:47 pm #115123Genesis DeveloperMemberGo to dashboard->media page. You will get all your images. Select all images and choose the "Force Regenerate Thumbnail" option from drop down. Now hit on "Apply" button. Process will start. Then go to 2nd page (if you have) and do the same process. This way you can regenerate the thumbnail
July 20, 2014 at 8:48 pm #115124Genesis DeveloperMemberalso you need to upload the bigger image. Then it will crop and make 700x300 image
July 20, 2014 at 8:53 pm #115125exiledone1MemberAwww...I see what you're saying. I actually went into settings/media and changed the thumbnail image to 700x300 and then hit the regenerate before you posted. I'll go back and do it the way you said.
Is there a way to remove the image from the actual post page so it just shows on the excerpt on the mainpage only?
Thanks for all your help

One easy way to achieve this is with CSS to block the display of the image:
.single-post .featured-image { display: none; }
Choose your next site design from over 350 Genesis themes.
