    Hi
I having a little problem here where I am not satisfied with images quality show on feature and post images.

What I am try to achieve here is to have clear and sharp images without effecting the loading speed so much.

    What I did now :-
For post images - I resize the images to actual size I wanted to show on my post. The size of images 320 x 200. Using Photoshop i save the images using the function "save for web" to smallest size without effecting so much the quality. Add the images on my post and set it to actual size 320 x 200.

Besides that I also put a code "add_filter('jpeg_quality', function($arg){return 100;});" on my Theme funtion.

    Thank you in advance.

Try using smush.it to compress the photos while retaining clarity.

    Thank you @William

I was thinking a same method should be working to retaining the quality of images.
