I am using modern blogger pro theme of pretty darn cute (studio press / genesis). When I test my site on page speed insights of Google, it says:

    Size content to viewport

The page content is too wide for the viewport, forcing the user to scroll horizontally. Size the page content to the viewport to provide a better user experience.
The page content is 367 CSS pixels wide, but the viewport is only 320 CSS pixels wide. The following elements fall outside the viewport:
The element <iframe id="I0_1436280169360" src="https://apis.g…token=14768212" name="I0_1436280169360"> falls outside the viewport.

    Please help in fixing it.

    Thanks..........

    Renu:

You haven't provided your site's URL, so it's tough to troubleshoot. 🙂

Have you made any adjustments to the theme (beyond the demo)?

The demo (link) doesn't receive the same error messages, so check what updates you have made to your site. (Do you have non-responsive advertising code on your site?)

    Renu:

The error is coming from this:

The element <iframe id=”I0_1436280169360″ src=”https://apis.g…token=14768212″ name=”I0_1436280169360″> falls outside the viewport.

I recommend deactivating ALL your plugins, and remove your advertising. Then, run the Page Speed Insights again, and see if that resolves your issue. Then, you can start adding back in plugins, check again, and finally, add back in your advertising, and check it again. This will help narrow down the issue.
