How to edit the post_author_posts_link

Hello guys.

The post_author_posts_link in the entry meta in my site point to the home page, so how can I make it to point to my "About me" page?

Replace the current shortcode with "post_author_link" link and Login to your Dashboard, click on "Your Profile" link under Users menu. You'll get Website text box. Put your "about me" page link there and it will work

Otherwise you can try this. Add the code in your functions.php file

add_filter('author_link', 'gd_my_page_link', 10, 3);
function gd_my_page_link( $link, $author_id, $author_nicename ){
   return "ENTER YOUR ABOUT ME PAGE LINK HERE";
}
