You can sign up for Gravatar.com. Upload your image there using the same email address you used in your WordPress website. Once you do, the profile image will be there. Keep in mind that if you use that email address on other websites, your profile image will be displayed there, possibly in comments and other places.

Or you can use a plugin like this or like this.
