    Hi,
I'm using the Foodie Pro theme and I have a tab called "Product Review." How do I get that page to only pull in posts of a certain category "product review?" I know how to ascribe a category to a post or even add a tag, but I don't understand how to them tell that page to only archive data with the specific tag.

Any help would be greatly appreciated~

WordPress generates both category and tag archive pages so you can link to either from the menu using a custom link.

Thanks Braddalton. I think I got it now.
I see how the category makes a custom link and I can point that to be a menu option.

What can I do with the tags? The same thing?

Yes, Grab the URL to the tags archive page and add it as a custom link in your menu.
