Here is  my site. I'm using the Agency Theme.

    http://184.154.126.130/~american/

I addedan image for the header but my only problem is that the header does not respond with the entire site. What would be the best CSS direction to add to my image so my header is scaleable along with the rest of the site?

The image i'm talking about is the eagle with the phone number on the right.
