Community Forums › Forums › Genesis Blocks › How to convert a Reusable block to a regular block
Tagged: Genesis Blocks, reusable blocks
On this page, I have 2 genesis blocks that are from the same Reusable block.
I'm wanting to change one of these to a regular block and make changes and then save it as a different Reusable block.
However, when I use the 3 dot menu for that block and then select 'convert to regular blocks', nothing happens.
Same for if I try the overlapping squares 'convert to regular blocks' icon at the top of the page. (The blocks in question have the headline "Headline 04 goes b here and here and here").
Any changes I then make on the second block I'm trying to make are applied to the original Reusable block.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, and am getting no signal that this is or isn't working. When I click both options, nothing happens.
Greatly appreciate any explanation for how the 'convert to regular blocks' feature works.
thx
doug
