    I woud like to change the location of the featured image to display on my test site, like on my current site. Notice how it is square and to the left of the title. Could someone help me with this?

    You're using the Genesis Featured Post widget on the home page there, right? If so, just set the alignment for the image to the "Left" in the widget.

    Chris, if you aren't using that widget - http://www.fashables.com - how would you go about achieving this result? I'd like to right align the featured image and also make it a bit larger. Any guidance on that?

    you can make some adjustments in the settings/media section of the dashboard

    If you want other changes check this http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Thumbnails
