ok what to change to resize search

If you inspect the element in the search form, you'll find the CSS which you can copy to the end of your style sheet and modify.

.search-form textarea {
	background-color: #fff;
	border: 1px solid #e3e3e3;
	box-shadow: 1px 1px 3px #eee inset;
	color: #999;
	font-size: 14px;
	font-size: 1.4rem;
	padding: 16px;
	width: 100%;
}

You may also need to clear any type of caching.

I pastd in bottom of style css and modify but nothing happend

What did you modify?

Modify the padding to 0 like this:

padding: 0px;

Tested and works.

yes that works but need vertical aligment does not work

Just simply change the padding to this:

padding: 5px 10px;
