    Tried inserting HTML into the text widget to change hyperlink color ---> fail

    Tried isolating individual widget within child theme ( enterprise ) css---> fail

    Any of you really bright people out there that have actually DONE THIS tell me how please.

    Thanks SD

    Use Firebug to find the classes and change them.

    Hard to help unless you link to your site.

    Firebug is a good option.

    My conclusion is the class is identified as

    <div class="textwidget">

    The Links within the Text Widget are set out like this:

    Here Is My Anchor Text

    So now to the nuts of the matter......WHAT specific actions do I need to perform and explicitly where ?!

    Thanks SD

    Thanks for the reply....but it is necessary to demonstrate Knowing the approach, which has to be a constant in all circumstances rather than attempting to divine it by looking at the site. Its a widget position on an enterprise child theme using a text widget with html. Perhaps better to wait for a contributor who has has cause to Know.

    I solved the Method MYSELF.

    As suspected...it is necessary to Know the approach.

    The mountain of misinformation about how to make the change is almost staggering as is the
    unwillingness to even attempt the exact change.

    Brad- if you asked me nicely perhaps you could include this somewhere in the snippets or tutorials ( LOL )
