    Hi,

    On MikeMetcalfe.co, the header is fixed. Content currently scrolls right up into the header or sometimes, over it.

    How can I:

    a) when scrolling, have more more white space between the header and the content scrolling up

    b) stop pictures or videos scrolling over the header

    c) get rid of the white space gap that appears on the mobile (iphone) version of this site

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    1. Using firebug, I inspect the css of the header and I found this:

    `
    #header {
    background: url("images/bg.png") repeat-x scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    margin: 0 auto;
    position: fixed;
    top: 0;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 100;
    }
    `

    Try change the background to

    background: url("images/bg.png") repeat-x scroll 0 0;

    and add border-bottom: 15px solid #fff;

    2. You may increase the z-index to 999

    3. Gap? Not sure which one you're referring to. Is it on main content, sidebar, nav menu etc?
