I would like to change the wording on the default 404 page but can't figure how to do this.

I host my site at Copyblogger's Web Synthesis and do not have access to the 404.php via my Dashboard (have to go in via FTP). However, when I go to the 404.php file, I see a warning that this file is part of the Genesis Framework code and that I should update the Child theme. But I don't see a 404.php file in my child theme (eleven40).

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.
