I did not (and DO NOT!) want that added to my site. That post type does not belong in my network and I want it gone.

I'm actually furious that it's there. It jeopardizes what I've been trying to build and that it was a new component added to my site without upfront consent is not ok. It just snuck in with a block-type I neither need nor care for.

How do I remove this and keep the rest of Genesis Blocks (which is great)?

@thedigitalcomic are you still looking for a solution? I asked Phil from WPE in Genesis Slack and he came up with a code snippet. I tested it and it works. I use the Code Snippets plugin and added it there. Give that a try and let me know if it works for you.
