    Hi everyone!
    I completed this website a long time ago: http://www.chi-analysis.com but was told our high bounce rate might be as a result of the site not being mobile responsive.
    How would I make this site responsive without using a plugin?
    Otherwise, is there a Pro theme that would be easy enough to modify to look like this website without too many customization hours?

    Look at the Media Queries in a StudioPress child theme as a guide.

    I would use Executive Pro or Enterprise Pro

    Tutorials for StudioPress Themes.
