    Hi, I hope everyone is having an awesome day. I have always found this forum extremely helpful and now I have a question that I really could use some help with. Can anyone instruct me or tell me where I can locate the steps to integrating the WooComerce plugin to an existing Lifestyle Pro Theme. I have read about compatibility issues and would really like find a way to install the plugin to my theme the right way. Any help and guidance will be extremely appreciated. 🙂

    Thank you
    Tony

    Install the Genesis WooCommerce connect plugin as well which requires you to add a small line of PHP code to your functions file.

    Hello,

    I am also using the Lifestyle Pro theme with Woocommerce. But now I am having issues. I do have the Genesis Connect plugin installed and activate. Can you point me in the right direction of where I can find the php code and where to add it to.

    Navigate to the functions.php file and add the following

    //* Add support for Genesis Connect for Woocommerce
    add_theme_support( 'genesis-connect-woocommerce' );

    Thank you Jchai. Woocommerce now says the theme is supported. It wasn't working with just the plugin.
