How do I insert a short code into the header container?

Hi, I'm using the Atmosphere Pro child theme and have the popupally plugin that creates a subscription banner across the top of the page. When you scroll down the homepage it moves along with the scrolling.

By default the header in Atmosphere Pro also scrolls... but I was getting some weird positioning issues where the header wouldn't sit correctly because of the banner.

I've managed to resolve this by editing the header so it doesn't scroll, using the following CSS:

[CSS].site-header {
    position: absolute;
}
 [/CSS]

Ideally, I'd like them both to still scroll. The plugin support people have advised the only way I can have them both scrolling is to use a short code to display the plugin and drop it in the header container... [embed_popupally_pro popup_id="1"] But I don't know what file I should drop it in to?

Could I simply install the Genesis Simple Hooks plugin? If so is there a setting to add short code into the header container?

I've managed to get it working with the short code I placed into the gensis_header.

However, for some reason it is showing after the image logo. Is there a way to specify to have the short code come first?

Try the genesis_seo_title filter in a custom function. This code will need modification as its simply an example of how to use the filter.

Thanks, I might have to go back to the static header and just have the banner scroll as I'm not really sure what I'm meant to be doing with that custom function snippet.
