How do I enable comments on specific pages?

I have enabled "comments" on page attributes abd screen options, but still cannot see comments enabled on a specific page.

Example: http://www.shinwag.com/kickstart-life-here/

I do have comments on posts (but not pages).

Look in Genesis > Theme Settings for the check box for enabling comments on pages and posts, then Save.
