I'm running the Executive Pro theme (http://casemkg.com) and I'd like to create a "Contact Us" page:

1) What plugin should I use for the Contact form? Any configuration tips so that it looks like the theme demo?

2) How do I display the eNews subscribe form widget on just this page?

1. For contact form you can use free Contact Form 7 plugin (one of the best). However, Genesis theme demo is using premium Gravity forms plugin.

2. To add enews form, create widget area for contact us page using this tutorial - http://www.nutsandboltsmedia.com/how-to-add-a-widget-area-to-a-page-using-genesis/
