I see there's a built-in contact form that's build in to some templates, but how do I add it to any page?

Alternatively, is there a simple form plug-in available?

Hi, its not built-in, it uses a plugin. The best one to use is contact form 7.

Thanks Mayur. I just downloaded the plug-in, but I am having a problem with styling. Where/how can I style it. I can't find the information on the plug-in site.

    Thanks for your help.

If you use the Jetpack plugin, there is also a Contact Form bundled in that package that's pretty easy to work with.

Thank you, Anitac. I do have Jetpack activated and I like what I see re. the contact form, Apparently my site needs to be live to use it though.

Being LIVE is a good thing. This way no one can spam it while you are in maintenance mode. What Maintenance plugin are you using? I use this one as a good practice myself. Try it.
