Can you help me to insert Facebook comment code to single post? (Step 3 in my image)

It depends on where you want to display the comments. This code hooks the comments using the comment_form hook which you can swap out with any WordPress or Genesis hook to change the position.

Use the is_singular('post') conditional tag with one of these genesis hooks

Otherwise, use the WordPress Facebook plugin if you can't manage using code.

I inserted it on genesis_after_loop Hook via Simple Hook Plugin, it actived but it display on my homepage too. Please help me to hide it on my homepage, braddalton?
