Homepage CSS Not Loading on Mobile Devices

Hello everyone.

I'm having a problem where the CSS for my website doesn't seem to be loading. However, this is only happening to the homepage, and only on mobile browsers. Clicking/tapping over to any other page on mobile loads just fine. The site also looks fine on desktop browsers. I've tested it with Chrome's Developer Tools and http://mobiletest.me/ both show the site to be working fine on mobile.

I'm using the Monochrome Pro theme:

Has anyone else experienced this before? Any thoughts on how to fix it? Should I just submit a ticket to StudioPress?

Yes, I have, on both my desktop and mobile browsers.

A co-worker has confirmed that she can see the problem on her iPhone 6, as well.

I figured it out!

I'm using the WPBakery Page Builder and it wouldn't update properly. Deactivating/deleting and then re-uploading fixed the issue.

I'd been planning on redesigning the pages I built with it so I'm not locked in to a plugin for customization. Now I think that I'll make that a priority. I don't appreciate plugins breaking my site, especially when I've sent so many leads to it in the last week or so while the homepage was apparently broken for mobile visitors.

It looks fine on my Sony Xperia (Android) and seems to render well with Google Page insights, although the score isn't so great.

It is unusual for just one page to be affected by a CSS failure and given it renders okay on my phone, my guesses are caching, a plug-in or maybe SSL certificate
