Help! I can only change sidebar widgets on Crave theme

Hi guys!

I'm hoping someone can help with this!

For some reason, the only section of my home page that I can alter is the primary sidebar. It began when the text heading and the slider I had on my home top section disappeared and now it seems the widgets I put in that section don't show up. There is a featured page in the section as well and that is the only thing that has stayed, even though I have removed even that widget from the section. Home middle and bottom are the same - I can only change the sidebar. It's like the sections are frozen.

When I go to customize, under Widgets it says "customizing... primary sidebar" and there's no option to select anything else.

How do I fix this? I have tried deactivating all widgets and reactivating.

Any ideas?

Try deactivating all plugins and make sure cdn and cache is clear. Enable each one by one checking as you go. More than likely a plugin update stuffed something up.
