I'm in the beginning stages of creating a site and for some reason I cannot upload the header without having to crop it. For some reason when I upload it I only have the option to crop the image, there is no "skip cropping, publish image as is" option like there has been in the past on sites.

Am I totally overlooking something? This has never happened before.

This thread offers a work around but it seems like the "skip cropping, publish image as is” option would be a better way to accomplish this.  Anyone know why that option went away.
