I am setting up Daily Dish for someone with just a few small customizations. As you can see when you hit the link I am just framing things out with the demo content at this point.

For the site header... Right now if I use Firebug there is a big space for site title and site description (which I do not want to display).....and my header image is tiny in the middle.

I know how to change the dimensions of the header image in functions.php and then style.css - but even if I do that, it is still tiny (so I temporarily changed it back to reduce variables while troubleshooting)

My guess is that it has something to do with the site title/description and I need to make a change, but it is eluding me what change I need to make.

Can you shed some light? Ideally I will want a header image to take up a good portion of the space above the nav.

    Thank you
    _Paula

While not specific to the DD theme, this may help http://wpsites.net/web-design/add-header-image-logo-to-genesis-2-0-sample-theme/

Thanks Brad... What you shared definitely helped.

I was doing something but had to be missing a step somewhere. Thanks for the clear walkthrough.
