    I have upgraded the framework to 2.0 and now my header is now transparent. Before the upgrade it was the same color as the background... any suggestions??

    I see this in your CSS:

    #header {
    background: url("http://endtimesresearchgroup.com/wp-content/themes/news/images/header.png") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;
    }

    Can you tell me if you see it?

    background-color: #fff;
    border-left: 1px solid #d5d5d5;
    border-right: 1px solid #d5d5d5;
    border-top: 1px solid #d5d5d5;
    min-height: 110px;
    margin: 0 auto;
    overflow: hidden;

    When I look at the file in the editor I don't see the code, but when I look at it in Firebug I do see the code. I can't seem to find it in my css file though... any suggestions??

    Then it's loaded via Appearance > Header. Try resetting that page.

    That's what I did. I had to put an image up there then save it, then I did the remove image and it is working fine. Something happened in the framework upgrade to 2.0, before that it was working fine...

    Thanks for your help!!

    The same thing happened to me with my Minimum theme. It turned on some transparent image. Turning it off resolved the issue.
