Gravatar Setup

I am trying to add a gravatar in WordPress. I have clicked on Settings > Discussion - I have scrolled down to "Avatar" section, but when I try to change the default avatar, mine doesn't show up as an option? Please help!

I follow ShariLee's link to the gravatar page and I try to log into my WordPress Account. It says I will receive a confirmation email to log in, but I don't? It says you can "contact us" if you don't receive the email; however, it says it is CLOSED when I click "contact us." Any ideas?

Are you trying to log into your WordPress account for your self-hosted blog?

It gets a little confusing. But, you need a wordpress.com account for Gravatar.

Yes - my blog is self-hosted. When I go to https://en.gravatar.com/ and enter my email address, it says that I already have an account setup. Am I doing something wrong?

Hola hay que tener cosas diferenciadas

te puedes hacer un gravatar con cualquier cuenta de correo, introduces tu cuenta de correo y pones la foto, los datos que necesites y despues automaticamente te mandan una confirmación a la cuenta de correo que tu has puesto. Y ya tienes el gravatar en esa cuenta de correo.

Y despues el gravatar que quieres para tu sitio en wordpress primero debes ir a Usuarios - tu perfil. Hay has puesto una cuenta de correo, es con esa cuenta de correo con la que te debes dar de alta en Gravatar.

comprueba esto y veras como sale
