Hi, I've read Brian Clark's post on G+ Authorship. I've taken all necessary steps. Theme is up to date and so is WordPress. I've  placed my client's G+ profile url in the  space provided under her user acount.

    Website: http://www.inglesonline.com.br/

The rich snippet tool says the G+ code is not showing in the source.... and thats because it isn't. Can anyone tell me what the next steps are to troubleshoot this?

    Thanks

    Hi jordydme,
Can you try adding the profile URL in the site's header and footer scripts section (rather than on the user profile) please?

As per Greg Rickaby's excellent post on the subject:

Step 1) Log into your WordPress dashboard and go to: Genesis -> Theme Settings -> Header and Footer Scripts
Step 2) Paste your Google+ Profile URL

    Step 3) Save
    Step 4) Test

Also, if you have any caching plugins running make sure you clear them before step 4.

Let us know how you go!
