Hey I was wondering if anybody has updated their theme's templates to contain Google's Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP)?

I'm not in the business of developing and selling themes, but I've love to ensure the best experience possible, as well as ensure my site has the best up-to-date SEO benefits. I haven't look into this at a detailed level but I would start by evaluating if the Genesis framework needed updates to the HTML to include the AMP code, and then waiting until StudioPress release a MAP ready version of Genesis + Genesis Sample.

I'm not in the bleeding-edge side of the spectrum, but I'd love to know where Genesis is as in regard to Google AMP from those in the community that are.

    Hi,

Brian Gardner tweeted a few months ago that they were looking into it and that it would most likely be a plugin.

For the time being the AMP plugin with Glue for Yoast SEO & AMP works well for me.
