Hopefully there's a simple answer to this!
I'm using a shortcode in Simple Hooks that shows up at the end of the post. However, I have some extra long posts that I use <!--nextpage--> on to break them up into two post pages. The problem is, the shortcode output shows up on the bottom of both pages, instead of just at the actual bottom of the post. Is there a work around to this? A conditional tag perhaps?
