    I just went from 2.10.1 to 3.3.3 and my site is totally destroyed.

    What do you suppose happened?

    @lwoods if you were on 2.10.1 you were probably using an older theme that was not compatible with the latest version 3.3.3. I was able to see an old cached version of your site from the 28th in Google and it appears your site was also using Elementor. The cached version from the 28th is also using Astra.

    Last June 2019, the 3.0 version of Genesis "Removed support for all non-html5 output." Meaning, any themes that were XHTML or that were not responsive themes would not be eligible to upgrade to version 3.0+ - https://studiopress.github.io/genesis/changelog/#3.0.0---2019-06-19.

    What theme were you using originally?

    Can you tell us which version of Magazine Pro? There have been several versions. There were specific instructions for updating after 2.10.1. Do you subscribe to the StudioPress newsletter or are you a member of any of the StudioPress groups, like the Facebook Group? Sounds like you possibly didn't update in the order it needed to be done in.

    With things changing so much with WordPress, Genesis and plugins - it probably would be a good idea to join some groups so you can stay up-to-date with those changes. Possibly moving forward, before you update again in the future - post a message here to see if you should perform those updates.

    Thanks for your followup. This is a site that isn't under my control and hasn't been modified for probably a couple of years. We are just going to go another route.
