    I need some help with 2 things:

1) I need to remove the tagline from the header (not from the page itself, but from displaying in the header only).

2) I want my blog to be Content-Sidebar-Sidebar.

However, these are the sizes I want to use, in this respective order:

500px (content)
25px (padding)
180px (sidebar)
25px (padding)
310px (sidebar)

Then, the page itself should should have a 20px padding on the right and left sides.

Please let me know, as thats pretty much all I need to get started.
